binding agreements. Certain memberships, including Trial and premium packages, are subject to
manual review and approval.

responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities carried
out under your account.

4. Membership Review & Approval

discretion. Submission of login details or payment does not guarantee immediate or permanent access.

5. Packages & Access Levels

Access to services is determined by the package purchased (Trial, Signature, Privilege, or combined
packages). Features, services, or dashboards may vary based on membership level and may change
from time to time.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments made on CEEAR are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. Trial access fees and
membership charges are non-refundable once access is granted or review has commenced.

7. No Guarantee of Results

CEEAR provides access, facilitation, and intelligence services only. We do not guarantee financial
outcomes, government approvals, deal closures, funding success, or timelines.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to unauthorized data extraction,
sharing login credentials, reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to bypass access controls.

9. Confidentiality

All information, dashboards, listings, and communications on CEEARR are confidential and intended
solely for authorized users. Unauthorized sharing or disclosure is strictly prohibited.

10. Suspension & Termination

CEEAR may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice if a user violates these Terms,
misrepresents information, or engages in conduct harmful to the platform or its members.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, dashboards, designs, text, and data on CEEAR are the intellectual property
of CEEAR. No content may be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

CEEAR may integrate third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for the performance,
accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms.

13. Limitation of Liability

CEEAR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or opportunities.
