CEEAR provides digital, virtual, and access-based services including
memberships, platform access, advisory connections, and curated intelligence.
No physical products are sold or delivered.

2. No Returns Policy

Since all products and services are digital and non-tangible,
returns are not applicable and will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not permitted. However, a refund may be considered
only in the following limited cases:

• Payment was deducted but access was not granted due to a verified technical error
• Duplicate payment was successfully charged for the same service
• Transaction failed but amount was deducted and not auto-reversed

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Delay due to profile verification or internal review
• User does not meet eligibility or compliance requirements
• Partial usage of services or access
• Failure to understand the scope of the selected package

5. Trial & Membership Packages

All Trial, Signature, Privilege, and combined packages are
non-refundable once purchased, regardless of usage or activation status.

6. Review & Access Timeline

Some services require manual approval. Review timelines typically range
from 24 hours to 3 business days. This review period does not qualify
for refunds or cancellations.

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the amount will be processed
within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, as services are provisioned
immediately or reserved for review and activation.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting CEEARR support may result in
account suspension or permanent restriction.
We strongly recommend contacting support before raising any disputes.
